After months of hard work Sitney Thai Canley Vale was opened
at a gala evening on Friday 23 September. Attended by The Mayor of Fairfield, Nick Lalich,
the restaurant opening was a great success, with guests enjoying a taste of the
authentic cuisine Sitney Thai has developed a reputation for.
The stylish setting and decor were stunning. The project manager, architect, designers and builders were
all very pleased with the ambiance created by the spectacular lighting, architectural features and
solid wooden furniture.
The new kitchen performed perfectly with the chefs cooking up a storm.
We are pleased to be able to join the community in Fairfield and welcome
you all to our new restaurant, Sitney Thai Canley Vale.
